On Wednesday, 75 children from the Year 3/4 and Year 5/6 choir visited the 02 for the Young Voices concert.  They joined with 8000 other children to perform songs that they have been rehearsing since September.  Family members joined for a 95 minute performance in the evening.  The children got to accompany Tommy Blaize, Strictly singer, and sing with Souparnika Nair, who performed on Britain’s Got Talent when she was 10 years old!  The Urban Strides group led the whole arena in dance and it was great to see family members joining in too!

 It was a long day with us not getting back to school until 11.30pm!  The children were amazing, showing enthusiasm and pride throughout the day.  Staff from the 02 commented that our children were the most polite and respectful that they had met all week! Mrs Jackson and Miss Moule were very proud.  It really was the most wonderful day.  More photos and videos can be found on the school Facebook page.
