Opening Times

School Day 

The gates will open at 8:40 for children and parents in Years 1 to 5.

The gates to the Reception classes will open at 8:45.

Children in Reception: 8.50-9.00am drop off window with the day starting officially at 9.00am and end of the day 3.15pm. This means that Reception children have 6 hours and 15 minutes of time in school each day with 5 hours and 15 minutes of taught time daily.

Children in Year 1 and Year 2: 8.45-9.00am drop off window with the day starting officially at 9.00am and the end of the day 3.25pm. This means that they have 6 hours and 25 minutes of time in school each day including an hour for lunch and a morning break of 15 minutes. 

Children in Key Stage 2:  8.40-8.55am drop off window with the day starting officially at 8.55am and the end of the day 3.25pm. This means that they have 6 hours and 30 minutes of time in school each day including an hour for lunch and a morning break of 15 minutes. 

This allows parents with children at both Park and Brook Primary School to walk between the two sites when dropping their children off.

The School Office is usually staffed between 8:30 and 4:30.
