Year 5 Divali Day

Year 5 have had a fantastic time this week learning about Divali and relating it to their English text ‘Asha and the Spirit Bird’ by Jasbinder Bilan’. After school on Thursday we welcomed parents and carers in to see the beautiful Rangoli patterns we have made, marvel at the amazing narratives we had written and taste some of the Indian sweets that we had made. It was brilliant to have so many of you join us.
