It has been a really busy last week before half term with lots of fantastic learning going on. I was so impressed earlier this week when I went into Key Stage 1 and the amazing poetry that they had written based on the poem ‘The Sound Collector’ by Roger McGough. There are some brilliant examples further down the newsletter. tWDARGRGRFGBRFGBGFFDC Earlier this week we had Steve from WalkWheelCycle Trust come in as part of our commitment to supporting sustainable travel to school. Amazingly, he and his team managed to inspect and mend almost 40 bikes which is an amazing effort. We hope that this enables you all to have hours of trouble free cycling with your children. I also sent home a letter regarding travelling to school.
